President | Treasurer

Heya!! My name is Sav, and I'm currently acting as the President and Treasurer for FANDOM! I have been with the org since 2019 and have been both Treasurer and Vice President in the past.

My interests include anything creative-- Music, acting, art, animation, comics, game making, reading, writing, cosplay, etc! I'm into quite a bit of fandoms from all genres, but if I had to choose my favorite, I'd say I'm a HUGE Homestuck nerd. I like TV, YA/Fantasy/Scifi books, Mythology, Cartoons, Comics/Webtoons, Anime/Manga, and a whole lot more! I also have a bunch of original content in the works-- My dream is to make one of my many original stories into a reality, by way of an animated show, a video game, a comic, or a book... I can't just settle for one!

As of now though, I am the official artist for the Portals: Universe RPG, as well as helping to develop an indie comic by the name of Karmageddon with online artist Noelle Sansom (who also happens to be my cousin! Check out their content!) If you ever need a friend, someone to listen to, or just want to chat, feel free to reach out! I'm super friendly, I promise :)

Vice President | Community Outreach

I have been involved in FANDOM since 2015 and have served as PR, President, and am now dual-wielding VP and Community Outreach!

My top genres are sci-fi/fantasy and my top fandoms include Stargate, The Old Guard, Leverage, ElfQuest, and Uncharted. I'm a Slytherin and an Earth-Bender and my favorite color is also green, so that works out for me.

In my free time, I'm co-authoring the Portals: Universe RPG that is currently in development, both running and playing in three different TTRPG gaming groups, and co-authoring a series of fantasy novels with my wife-to-be, Nikki.

PR & Advertising | Event Coordinator

Nikki (She/They/He)

I'm Nikki and I've been in FANDOM since 2018- over the years, I've been Community Outreach, Interim President, Event Coordinator, and this year I'm continuing in my role as PR & Advertising!

I'm into far too many fandoms to list here, but I tend to parkour aggressively between Avatar: The Last Airbender, How to Train Your Dragon, Maze Runner, Danny Phantom, and Percy Jackson. Some of my newer obsessions include The Dragon Prince, Star Wars: Clone Wars and Rebels, and The Owl House. I'm also into various NBC dramas such as New Amsterdam and This Is Us (please scream with me about them).

Outside of all that, I'm also involved with the Portals: Universe RPG, as both a Game Master and a player, playing on my switch, losing far too many hours to The Sims, and working on a few different creative writing projects: all of which I would love to talk about to anyone interested

Interested in Joining the Board?

There are 6 positions on the Executive Board: President, Vice President, PR & Advertising, Event Coordinator, and Community Outreach. We are currently short-staffed, so any help is greatly appreciated! A great first step towards joining the board is by joining our Baby Board program!

Baby Board Members can attend board meetings, float ideas, and participate in organization planning, but have no long-term obligations. This allows you to get a taste of what really goes into joining the board before you decide that it's for you, as well as to mentor under a more experienced board member. You can stay on Baby Board for as long or as short a time as you like and there is no expectation that you will run for a board position at the next elections; we need helpers of all kind to keep the org running!
